I was so excited to see these little munchkins today. They are my cousin’s children ~ so I guess that makes them my 2nd cousins, right? Either way, they are family and I love photographing my family. Get ready for a picture heavy post. I just couldn’t narrow it down. Normally, I choose 4 or 5 as a sneak preview and I think there are about 12!!!
The S family moved in to a new house and Jayden celebrated a big birthday this past week. He is 5 years old now! J is your typical boy ~ he loves superheroes and transformers and being flipped upside down. He also hates being kissed by his little sister.
This next one makes me giggle. Miss Keira is gazing at her big brother like he’s the best thing since sliced bread. And J just wants to be done already.
Ahhh now that’s more like it.
Before we did those brother/sister pictures, Keira took me into her new room for a little tour. She grabbed this microphone and I was hoping she’d sing for me, but no such luck.
There are a lot of instruments in the house. I’m thinking they need to start a family band. Keira could be the lead singer and J and his dad could rock the guitar.
After we played inside for a bit, it was time to brave the winter weather. It felt so good to shoot outside today. The weather was pretty decent so we walked around looking for spots to take pictures. Both kids were happy to follow me around.
Someone please get this kid into modeling. He could totally be in GAP ads.
Nothing can get between a girl and her blankie. I love this shot! I have to remember to get a picture like this with my daughter and her blankie. She carries that thing everywhere.
This was J’s first piggyback. We asked him if he’s been eating his veggies. Obviously he has!!
